What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, industry, the package you’re interested in and your message. We don’t ask for anything else, and the site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- If you become a client, to deliver the services we agree.
We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who helps us run the site
- Cloudflare hosts the website and handles our email forwarding. It processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) passes the contact form’s contents to our email inbox.
These providers may process data outside the country you are in. They act only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
